A two-day course which provides participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively identify, develop, and manage a resource management system within the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or Incident Command System (ICS). The course covers aspects of how to tap into little used resources, how to develop and manage a system to better manage scarce public and private sector resources in a crisis situation, and how to ask for help.
