The local EOC Concepts and Operations course offed by GEMA/HS is a course designed to meet the needs of any local jurisdiction for Emergency Operations Center (EOC) operations. This course is flexible, in being able to fit any size jurisdiction and EOC footprint. This course can help a jurisdiction that is just trying to get their EOC up and running or a jurisdiction that wants to improve their current EOC operations.
