The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) operations course teaches participants how to respond to and care for patients in a civilian tactical environment. The course applies lessons learned from military medicine and adapts them for civilian response operations. This offering is designed to enhance the attendee’s knowledge of basic and advanced medical skills, including the use of tourniquets, chest seals, chest decompression, and wound packing. Participants will practice and apply these skills across multiple phases of care through hands-on skills labs and scenario-based simulations.
