In this course, we will investigate why & how violence prevention is possible, discuss the elements of an effective threat assessment & management program, and practice skills to identify, assess and manage cases involving potential threats. This course is designed to teach school systems how to develop an effective BTAM program, engage with community partners, and work through assessments of persons of concern who may pose a threat to others.
