Upon completion of this course, you will have increased your knowledge of risk factors and types of violence that occur in work settings in order to identify and react appropriately to workplace violence situations, as well as learning how to construct a survival mindset. This course will give you information to help you minimize the chance of it happening at your workplace and also help you survive in the event you are involved in an incident of violence on the job.
